Refunds will only be considered for transactions where payment has been made but charging services where not successfully rendered. Eligiblity for refunds may vary depending on the circumstances of the transaction.
To request a refund, Please contact our customer support team within 7 days of the transaction date.

Transaction ID or Reciept number, Date and Time of the transaction, Details of the issue encountered and Any additional relevant
documentation and or evidence.
Once your refund request is recieved, our team will review the provided information and investigate the issue. We aim to process refund requests promptly, but the processing time may vary depending on the complexity of the case. Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment.
